The process

You write it. We put it on screen.

No production meetings, no shot lists, no film vocabulary required. Five stages, and you only have to show up for two of them.

1

The brief

You · about 10 minutes

You fill in a short form: blurb, genre, the two or three moments you'd put on a poster, and any films or trailers whose mood you'd want borrowed.

  • Your cover art, if it's finished
  • Any lines from the book you love
  • Where the trailer will live — TikTok, Amazon, your site
2

The treatment

Us · 1–2 days · nothing to pay yet

We come back with a written treatment: the trailer's structure beat by beat, the text on screen, the voice-over lines and the direction for look and score. You approve or redirect before a single frame gets made — that's where changes are free. Only then do we invoice and start building.

3

The first cut

Us · about a week

Visuals, score, title cards and sound design assembled into a full trailer. Every frame is reviewed by a human before you see it — weak shots get regenerated until they hold. You get a private link to watch, share with beta readers, and comment on.

4

Revisions

You and us · a few days

Your notes, applied. How many rounds depends on your tier — three scene edits on The Editor, twelve on The Director. Notes in plain English are fine; "the middle drags" is a note we know how to fix.

5

Delivery

Us · same day as approval

Master files, downloadable and yours to keep, in every aspect ratio you need.

  • 16:9 widescreen for YouTube and your website
  • 9:16 vertical for TikTok, Reels and Shorts
  • 1:1 square for feed posts
  • A poster frame you can use as a thumbnail or banner

What we need from you.

Short answer: your book and about twenty minutes of attention, twice.

The blurb

Your back-cover copy is usually enough. If it isn't written yet, a paragraph about what happens and how it should feel works fine.

Cover art, if you have it

It anchors the final frame. If your cover isn't done, we deliver a typographic title card — or design the cover too so both match.

Your buy link

Amazon, your own store, or a pre-order page. If nothing's live yet we leave the call-to-action generic so the trailer doesn't date.

Two rounds of attention

One to approve the treatment, one to give notes on the cut. Everything in between is on us.
