Questions about the money.
Is that really the whole price?
Yes. One payment per trailer, and the price covers the music licence and every delivery format. The only way to spend more is to order a second trailer or ask for work beyond your tier's revision count.
When do I pay?
After you approve the written treatment, not before. Sending a brief costs nothing, and the treatment you get back is free — if the direction isn't right, you walk away owing nothing. We invoice once you say go, and production starts when it's settled.
What if I have a series?
Book two onwards reuses the visual language we built for book one, so it's faster and we discount accordingly. Mention the series in your brief and we'll quote the set.
Do you offer refunds?
If you decline the treatment, there's nothing to refund — you haven't paid. Once a first cut exists, we work through your revision rounds until it's right rather than refund. If we can't deliver at all, you get every penny back.
